Established in 1998, The Company’s vision was to offer customized clothing both screen printed and embroidered. In these early years Encore perfected its processes offering a quality product with superior graphics while also providing a wide array of promotional and advertising products.

Building on this success, Encore entered into the ribbon and rosette market in 2011. When we purchased the assets of and took on the staff of a local ribbon and rosette manufacturer. Our newly acquired staff has been proudly making ribbons and rosettes since 1980. The vast majority of our products are produced domestically. We are proud to provide employment to our creative staff in our plant located in London, Ontario.

Here are the steps taken to ensure we provide you with:

  1. Initial consultation with customer service to identify the best items for your needs and budget.
  2. A written quote is sent to ensure you know exactly what your costs are.
  3. Quote approved and order placed in our system providing estimated ship date.
  4. Raw materials are released from inventory and placed in work in process.
  5. If artwork is needed an internal order is placed with Graphics.
  6. An Art approval is emailed to you for your review and approval.
  7. Your order is scheduled in our master production schedule.
  8. Each day a review is done of the master production schedule to ensure all orders are on time.
  9. The order is printed, assembled and packaged. Each box is labeled for the internal contents.
  10. The order is shipped by the best carrier to ensure it arrives on time for your event. A shipping confirmation is emailed to you.
