Orders

An order is considered confirmed once the customer approves the quotation and any required artwork proofs.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before approval, including:

* Spelling and wording
* Artwork placement
* Shipping information

Additional charges may apply for order changes requested after approval.

Artwork and Proof Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork proofs before providing final approval.

Encore Promotional Products is not responsible for errors, omissions, spelling mistakes, or design issues that were approved by the customer during the proofing process.

Production will not begin until final artwork approval has been received.

Production Timelines

Production timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on:

* Product availability
* Order complexity
* Approval delays
* Shipping carrier schedules
* Seasonal demand

While we make every effort to meet requested deadlines, Encore Promotional Products cannot guarantee delivery dates unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed:

* Payment is due according to the terms listed on the invoice.
* Orders may require a deposit before production begins.
* Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

Products remain the property of Encore Promotional Products until full payment has been received.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

Once products have been transferred to the shipping carrier, Encore Promotional Products is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier.

Customers should inspect shipments upon delivery and report any issues promptly.

Returns and Cancellations

Because many products are custom-made or personalized, returns and refunds may not be available.

If a product is defective or does not match the approved order specifications, customers must notify us within a reasonable period after delivery.

Approved cancellations may be subject to charges for work completed, materials ordered, or production already in progress.

Product Variations

Due to manufacturing processes and screen display differences, slight variations may occur in:

Such variations are considered normal and do not constitute defects.

Intellectual Property

Customers confirm they have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, artwork, or other materials supplied for production.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Encore Promotional Products harmless from any claims arising from the unauthorized use of supplied materials.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Encore Promotional Products shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products, services, or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the products or services giving rise to the claim.

Website Use
